Important Note

With each month that passes, Suzybeez is becoming more popular...(yay!!) We are booking up extremely fast. That being said, it is often necessary to place your order up to 2 weeks or more in advance. Please plan ahead!! Even if you aren't exactly sure on the details, as long as you get your basic order in with your deposit, you are covered!! The final details can be added up to a week before the cake is due. Our goal is to take in as many cakes as we can possibly do with the care and attention it takes to make them wonderful.


Ordering a Simple Design Round, Square or Sheet Cake:

Normally the details for this sort of order can be figured out via e-mail or telephone. Any pictures or ideas that you may have can be emailed through this website or directly to us at suzybeez@yahoo.com. Please allow us time to research your request and respond back. You definitely don't want to wait until the last minute. Our weekends are sometimes booked up about 2-3 weeks in advance!!

Ordering a wedding cake or other elaborate design cake (3D carved, tiered, etc):

The best way to go about ordering a more in depth or detailed cake is to call or e-mail us with details of your event and the cake you are wanting. Information like, amount of guests/servings, date and time of event, flavors, colors and themes should be included. We will take this information and create a quote for you. Depending on the design it may need to be discussed in person. A 20 minute consultation can be scheduled at no charge to discuss your design.

We offer cake tastings for weddings and cake orders over 40 servings. This is an opportunity to taste 3 cake flavors with 3 fillings/frostings of your choice and have a 45 minute consultation with our cake consultant to create the perfect cake for you. The charge for this is $35, and if the cake is ordered at that time, a portion of that charge will be credited towards your cake purchase!!

If you would like to get an idea of how our cakes or frostings will taste but do not wish to schedule a tasting, we offer several different cupcake choices in the shop for sale daily.

Please allow ample time when placing your order. We ask that all details of your order be finalized by the Saturday before your cake is due. This allows us the time to plan the cake, get supplies and make or locate decorations needed to complete the order.

Ordering Cupcakes, Cookies, Cake Truffles, Pies, Brownies or Muffins:

Call, e-mail or come in to order your favorite treats in large quantity or personalized flavors. There is a minimum order of 1 dozen per flavor when ordering personalized flavors. (i.e. flavors not being offered that particular week in the bakery).

We ask for at least 1 weeks notice when ordering pies, specialty cookies, brownies, specialty flavored cupcakes or truffles large quantities, etc. So call ahead to make sure you get what you want, when you want it!!

Sometimes it may not be necessary to place an order. Along with the cupcakes and truffles that are offered daily in the bakery, we also offer a varying selection of specialty items like: whole and sliced pies, daily cakes and cake slices, cannolis, macarons, brownies, cinnamon rolls, cookies, scones, muffins, petit fours, mini cheesecakes and more!! So give us a call, we may already have what you want.

If you are simply calling ahead to order from the selection that we are currently offering in the bakery, we can usually have your order ready for you whenever you want to pick up. Just give us a call with your order and we can take your payment or deposit by phone and have your order boxed and ready to go when you get here!! There is a limit of 4 dozen of any one particular item (i.e. cupcakes, truffles etc) with call ahead and walk in orders.

A 50% or $50 deposit is required in order to place your order and reserve your date. If your order is less than $50, the order must be paid in full. We can accept credit card payments by phone and credit card or cash payments in the shop.

In the event that you must cancel your order, please do so at least 72 hours in advance for a refund of your deposit. Deposits are non-refundable when orders are cancelled within that 72 hour window. In certain situations, if the order is rescheduled, the deposit can be applied towards the new order.
