FAQ's
The best way to place a detailed or custom cake order is to call, text, or email us with information about your event and the cake you are wanting.
Please include the number of guests or servings needed, the date and time of your event, flavors, colors, and theme.
We will use this information to create a quote.
A quote does not mean your cake is on the books.
Depending on the design, details may need to be discussed in person. Please allow ample time when placing your order. At this time, we are booking one to two weeks in advance. We ask that all details of your order be finalized by the Saturday before your cake is due. This allows us the time needed to plan the cake, gather supplies, and create or locate decorations required to complete your order. Please note that on holidays or other special dates like Valentine's or Mother's Day we tend to fill our books faster.
Plan accordingly, the earlier you place your order, the better.Absolutely! If you’re calling ahead to order from our current in-bakery selection, we can usually have your order ready for pickup at your preferred time. Simply give us a call with your order, and we can take your payment or deposit by phone.
Our inventory changes throughout the day and many items sell out quickly, so we recommend ordering ahead whenever possible. Once your order is placed, it will be boxed and ready for you when you arrive.
